At Southwark Banners, we take pride in our quick service and reliable print quality. As our items are made-to-order, returns follow certain criteria. Please review this policy before ordering.

1. What Qualifies for a Return?

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

  • Visible print defects (such as blurring, misaligned text, or smudging)

  • Incorrect product type or wrong dimensions delivered compared to what was ordered

  • Missing finishing options (for example, eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)

2. How to Report a Problem

To begin a return process, please adhere to these steps:

  • Reach out to us within 24 hours of your parcel’s arrival

  • Email us at support@southwarkbanners.co.uk

  • Include your order number in the email subject line

  • Attach clear photographs taken from at least 2 metres away showing the problem

Returns cannot be processed without photo evidence. Our team will review each request prior to approval.

3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged

Should the package appear damaged upon delivery, refuse to accept the parcel.

Accepting a damaged parcel means you’ve accepted the item as-is, which nullifies any return claims for damage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is accepted:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • We suggest using a tracked courier service for security

  • Southwark Banners is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to a verified product fault

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products with approved artwork that have spelling or layout mistakes

  • Orders affected by courier delays, minor colour variations (within 10–15%), or personal taste

  • Custom prints that meet the specifications but do not match subjective expectations

We reserve the right to decline any return request outside these guidelines.

6. Return Process & Resolution

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If a fault is confirmed, we’ll provide either a replacement or refund based on the issue and your choice

  • If no fault is identified, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be given
